Summer School

Waiakea High School will provide a strong foundation for students to grow into contributing members of a democratic global society. The Waiakea High School Intersession Program is designed to meet the needs of its students in an environment focused on success and self-awareness during the Summer session. The program is open to all students entering grades 10-12, with exceptions noted in the course catalog. The Waiakea High School Summer Bridge Program is designed for incoming (new) 9th graders to Waiakea High School.  The Summer Bridge Program will follow the Dates, Bell Schedule and Meal Service of the Summer School Program. Summer Bridge Applications will be mailed home to all incoming 9th graders in April 2020. If you have any questions about this summer program, please contact the Summer Bridge Coordinator, Mrs. Yanna Weiss at (808) 974-4822 or yannabah.weiss@k12.hi.us.
