Bound for Greatness

The staff of the Counseling Department provides a comprehensive program of academic, personal/social, college and career counseling for all students. There are six counselors who work with students in all academies. Through a variety of methods, counselors share information on high school academic planning and registration procedures, testing and assessment opportunities, post-high school options and financial aid. Please see their website for more information.

Guidance Resource Activity Center

The Guidance Resource Activity Center (GRAC) houses information on post-secondary education and financial aid. Students seeking opportunities in the military and other post-high school options are assisted individually. Visits by college representatives and scholarship information are posted in the student daily bulletin and classroom flyers. The daily bulletin may also be accessed through the WHS website.
